Many restaurant choices in Tomar, this is a great choice. Our waitress Ana was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and her recommendations were perfect! Located but a few hundred metres from the castle, this was a fantastic choice for lunch!

Now called "Bohemia", very friendly and helpful service, good large portion size and fish dishes at least cooked to perfection. Oh and a lovely draught IPA all well priced, going back soon.

We stumbled upon this place tonight. We were warmly welcomed by the owner (we think?), an older gentleman who was playing with his grandson. The menu is small but features local specialties. My dad had the Portuguese steak (steak with sliced ham and egg on top, and freshly fried potatoes). I had the house steak which came with a lovely sauce; ordered fries on the side. My son had the fried chicken wings. They were tasty and not greasy. The older gentleman offered my son the same foods to taste as his grandson was eating. He even gave my son a small treat. The service was great, and this is an experience we won't forget. Thank you!

Loved our impromptu drop in. The food was great...the desserts wonderful and the wine excellent. Our best experience came from Anna and the team at Claustro. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Anna's English was excellent and she was funny and helpful. I hope to go back.

This was a great restaurant in a lovely location. I had my first taste of Francesina here and it was amazing. The food was wonderful, the staff great and the price was wonderful.
